You will need

2 cup Plain Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Butter Barely melted 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 2/3 cup Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Egg 2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175/350 degrees. Beat together butter, sugars, vanilla & vinegar.

2. 

   Mix in egg until just combined.

3. 

   Fold in flour, bicarb & salt until just combined.

4. 

   Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. 

   Scoop onto a tray. Bake for 8-10 mins. Leave to cool on the tray.

6. 

   Serve.
