Thai Chicken Peanut Pasta

You Will Need (12 things)

  • Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Carrot(s)
  • Chicken Breast
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 8 Spring Onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Soya Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha

Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

    Boil the pasta.

    Cook the chicken in a little oil.

    Add the carrot, onion, ginger & garlic.

    Cook for a few mins.

    Mix together the honey, peanut butter, vinegar, soya & sriracha.

    Pour over the chicken & vegetables.

    Cook out for a few until the sauce thickens.

    Combine the chicken & pasta together.

    Serve with spring onions sprinkled on top.
