Easy to make. I use beef stock instead of water, but the recipe says water.

You will need

2 tbsp Olive Oil Onion(s) Peppers 1 tbsp Garlic 1 lb Beef Mince 1/2 tsp Mustard 2 tsp Chilli Powder 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 cup Rice 2 tbsp Tomato Puree Tinned Tomatoes 1 cup Water 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

1. 

   Cook the following together... Oil, onion, peppers, garlic, beef, mustard, chilli, salt & pepper. Cook until beef is cooked through.

2. 

   Add the rice & tomato purée. Cook out for two mins.

3. 

   Add the tomato, water & Worcester sauce. Cover & cook for 20 mins until rice is tender.

4. Serve.
