This is easy to make.

It can be served with rice if you prefer.

You can add vegetables to the dish if you wish.

I always make extra sauce to pour over the noodles.

You Will Need (16 things)

  • Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Water Cold
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 + 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 thumb sized bit Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breast Chopped
  • Noodles

  • Noodles
  • Garnish

  • Sesame Seeds

Steps (7 steps, 45 minutes)

    Heat oven 400/200 degrees.

    Place cornflour & water in a pan.

    Mix to combine.

    Add all other sauce ingredients.

    Stir to combine.

    Heat until the sauce begins to thicken.

    Remove from the heat, set aside.

    Place chicken in a dish.

    Cover with sauce. Stir through to coat all pieces.

    Place in oven for 35 mins until the chicken is cooked through.

    Stir a couple of times during cooking.

    Boil noodles.

    Serve the chicken on a bed of noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
