You will need

2 cans (15oz) Coconut Milk 1/2 cup Cornflour 3/4 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt Cinnamon

Needs to set overnight. Puerto Rican Dessert

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk together the corn flour & 1 can of coconut milk until smooth.

2. 

   Combine above with remaining milk, sugar & salt. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins continuously stirring. Reduce heat & cook for 3 mins until thickened.

3. 

   Pour into moulds until cold. Cover & set in fridge overnight.

4. 

   Sprinkle with cinnamon.

5. 

   Serve.
