These teething rusks can be made for babies or anyone else who wishes to snack on them! They are loosely based on a different recipe which calls for cow's milk and white sugar, but I have made it more baby friendly. Expressed milk takes longer to bake so watch the oven!

Gather your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees celsius.
Process all the dry ingredients with the butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add milk in a thin stream until the mixture turns into one large ball.
Roll the ball out into a sausage shape.
Cut the sausage of dough into 12-20 slices depending on how large or small you want your rusks to be.
Roll each slice into a small sausage shape and place on a baking tray. Rub on a little teething powder if you wish.
Bake for around 30 minutes until golden brown. Let lots of hot air out of the oven and allow them to cool and set further in the oven, but watch that they don't go too dark. Store in an airtight container.
