You will need

Tshirt Iron Freezer Paper Teenage mutant ninja turtle Stencil lumiere by jaquard Paint in halo blue gold Paintbrush

nice easy project, great paint to use. I used the Lumiere by jaquard in halo blue gold

Instructions

1. 

   get your stencil and lay the freezer paper over the stencil and trace it, cut out the stencil in the areas that need to be cut

2. 

   grab your tshirt and put a piece of cardboard in between the tshirt.

3. 

   turn your iron on to the setting that is needed, grab your tshirt and put the freezer paper stecil on and iron it on

4. 

   get a paper plate and put your paint on it and grab your brush and put paint on it.

5. 

   start rolling the brush on your stenicl till it is covered, when it is peel off the freezer paper

6. 

   hang your tshirt up to dry
