Find a cup and saucer at a thrift store and turn them into a bird feeder. This really doesn't take a long time to make. But you do have to wait for the glue to dry.
Cover your workspace to protect it. Sand a spot in the middle of the backside bottom of the saucer. This helps the glue to adhere really good. (It’s easier to sand the saucer now before the tea cup is glued to it.)
Now, turn the saucer right side up. Squirt some glue around the indentation where the cup sits. (If your saucer doesn’t have this little rim, I’d squirt the glue on the bottom of the cup.) Then put the cup on the glue and press down firmly. Let the glue dry completely.
Next, turn the cup and saucer upside down.
Squirt glue in the spot that you sanded.
Press the copper cap into the glue. (The cap is what holds the saucer onto the pipe.) Let the glue dry completely.
Glue a teaspoon on the saucer if you want. Let the glue dry.
Put the copper pipe into the cap that you glued onto your saucer. Your bird feeder is done! Push the bird feeder into the dirt and fill with bird seed.
