To make this adorable Tassel Bracelet you will need- A Bracelet Base Embroidery thread (2 colors) Thread or Thin Wire (for wrapping) 3 Jump Rings or Extra Links A Clothespin Ruler, Scissors, Pliers
To make the tassels take your first color and wrap it around three fingers, with the tail pointing down. Wrap it about 15 times. More or less to your liking. End your last wrap facing down and trim your tread.
Carefully slip your top finger out of the loop, keeping the loop tight. Slide one of the Jump Rings or Extra Links onto the top of the thread. Make sure you catch all the threads. Place the clothespin around the middle of the tassel. Close the jump ring with pliers.
To wrap your tassel you can use any kind of thread you want or even some thin wire. I used a metallic thread :) Just start wrapping around the tassel and leave about a 5 inch tail, when you get it to where it looks good and secure tie both ends of thread together making a few knots, and trim off the ends.
Repeat 2-4 for the second tassel.
Place your jump ring anywhere on the bracelet you like, it looks best to do it near one end, not right in the middle. Then attach your tassels to the jump ring. (This picture is before I made the tassels, just to show an idea for placement.)
Now your ready to show off your great new bracelet! This would be a great grown-up version of a friendship bracelet! One color for you and one for your BFF! Enjoy <3
