Birthday card that looks like a mini paper tablet

For my nephew's birthday I made a card that looks like a tablet because he loves his real one (it says 'happy birtday' in Dutch). It's made the same way you would make a real tablet cover with a paper 'tablet' glued to it. I'll post a how-to next time I make this kind of card.
