I originally made this to add some length to a short tee. But can be done at any length you like or cut off a longer tee. I love the randomness of the printed tee.

take 2 tees of colors you like
Take a large dinner plate and trace a round it to make a circle, make as many as you can out of the body of the shirt. I used chalk for the dark fabric.
find something to mark another circle inside, it should be around 2 3/4 to 3 inches.
cut out and make a cut in to the circle, this is your fluffle. you will be sewing the inside edge of the circle to the other tee shirt.
sew the inside edge of the circle to the bottom of the other tee, when one circle is sewn on, overlap another circle and continue sewing till you get around the hem.
to add the second fluffle, mark 1 and a half inches up from the bottom fluffle and sew on like step 5. I marked as I sewed.
Next is to make the flower if you wish I took the small inside circles and made a continus cut about an inch wide, you will need 2 cut like this and one flat to sew these pieces onto it
here is a tutorial I found for the flower, you just start in the middle and fold twist and sew repeatedly til you get it as big as you want. http://sewtakeahike.typepad.com/sewtakeahike/2009/03/knit-rose-tutorial.html
then I placed the finished flower on the shirt and sewn it down so it would also double as a pocket.
