Use parts from a cut-up t-shirt to make a patch.

About

I cut up a t-shirt to make a different shirt and then I made some arm-warmers. I've still got parts of the shirt left that I want to use up, so I made a patch to decorate the front of my shirt.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • Scrap Fabric
  • Needle
  • Thread
  • White Crayons
  • Sharpie
  • Scissors

Steps (5 steps, 20 minutes)

  1. 1

Lay out your scrap fabric. In my case, it was a t-shirt sleeve.

  2. 2

Draw out your design with a white crayon.

  3. 3

Go over your design with a black sharpie.

  4. 4

Cut out your design. I left a little room around the edge of my penguin because I liked the look of that.

  5. 5

Stitch him to your shirt/jacket/pants/whatever and call it a day!
