Leave in the oven to cool. Best to be left in the fridge overnight. You can use boiled potatoes instead of baked. I would have used double the spice mixture to make it more flavourful but it all depends on your taste preferences.

Description

Instructions

    Base... Heat oven 350/175 degrees. Mix together biscuit & butter. Press into a tin. Bake for 8 mins.

    Increase oven temp to 400/200 degrees. Pierce the potatoes, place on a tray & bake for 50 mins. Remove & cool completely. Peel skin & purée potatoes.

    Filling... Heat oven 350/175 degrees. Combine cheese & sugar together.

    Add vanilla & eggs one at a time.

    Add spice mix, cream & potatoes.

    Pour on top of the base. Bake in a ban Marie for 55-60 mins.

    Leave to cool in the oven. Place in the fridge overnight.

    Decorate with cream, nuts or whatever you like. Cut & serve.
