Great way to make sweet potatoes.

You will need

1 lb Sweet Potatoes 3 tbsp Butter 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Mixed Spices Marshmallows Salt

Great way to make sweet potatoes.

Instructions

1. 

   Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain.

2. 

   Add the butter, sugar, cinnamon, mixed spices & salt to the potatoes. Mash together.

3. 

   Pour into a dish.

4. 

   Top with marshmallows.

5. 

   Place under the grill until marshmallows are brown & Crispy.

6. 

   Serve.
