This sounds a bit weird but it tastes lovely.

You will need

2 1/2 lbs Sweet Potatoes 8 tbsp Butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 16 oz Marshmallows

This sounds a bit weird but it tastes lovely.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/175 degrees. Peel & boil the sweet potatoes in salted water until tender. Mash with butter, cinnamon & nutmeg. Stir in the condensed milk.

2. 

   Pour into a dish. Top with marshmallow. Bake for 15-20 mins.

3. 

   Serve.
