Sliced fresh Strawberries

(Spearmint) Mint Leaves

Mixed Lettuce

Fresh squeezed Lemon juice

Stevia or sugar

Description

Salads should always be flavored to taste to ingredients are approximate. But the combination of mint, strawberry and lemonade will have your taste buds singing!

Instructions

Juice up that lemon and add about a couple teaspoons of sweetener. Put in freezer just long enough for it to be slushy. Mix 3-4 small to mid sized shredded mint leaves into your lettuce. Top with fresh sliced strawberries and use about a table spoon slushy lemon dressing on top. AMAZINGLY NUMMY! Enjoy.
