This is a quick & easy dinner to make. I used store bought meatballs & made the tasty gravy that gives them a home feel. You can serve them with potatoes, pasta, noodles, etc.

You will need

4 tbsp Butter 3 tbsp Flour 2 cup Beef Stock 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 1 cup Heavy Cream Swedish Meatballs

Description

Instructions

1. 

   Melt butter. Add flour, cook out for a few mins.

2. 

   Add the stock a little at a time. Cook out until thickened.

3. 

   Add the mustard. Stir through.

4. 

   Lower the heat. Add the cream. Heat through.

5. 

   Add in the meatballs. Heat through

6. 

   Serve with mash & veg.
