Cut a long rectangle from an old sweater. Your desired size + 1/2" seam allowance. This headwrap was 5"x21".
Hem the sides. You can try this on the sewing machine (with a zigzag stitch), but sewing a knitted sweater can be pretty difficult to get good results with, so I used this fabric glue I had on hand. If you choose to glue it, try to get a washable fabric glue.
pin the ends, right sides together and sew with a zigzag stitch.
Wear it plain or add an embellishment! Like this adorable flower that my mom crocheted. :o)
