You will need

1 ¼ cup Milk of choice (we use a combination of almond and hemp) ½ Fresh Banana ½ cup Frozen Strawberries 1 Scoop Protein Powder of choice (we use Health Force Warrior Protein) ½ cup Frozen marion Berries 1 Scoop Hemp Seeds (sprinkled on top) 1 Scoop Goji Berries (sprinkled on top)
