You Will Need (7 things)
- 1 ¼ cup Milk of choice (we use a combination of almond and hemp)
- ½ Fresh Banana
- ½ cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder of choice (we use Health Force Warrior Protein)
- ½ cup Frozen marion Berries
- 1 Scoop Hemp Seeds (sprinkled on top)
- 1 Scoop Goji Berries (sprinkled on top)
