You Will Need (7 things)

  • 1 ¼ cup Milk of choice (we use a combination of almond and hemp)
  • ½ Fresh Banana
  • ½ cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder of choice (we use Health Force Warrior Protein)
  • ½ cup Frozen marion Berries
  • 1 Scoop Hemp Seeds (sprinkled on top)
  • 1 Scoop Goji Berries (sprinkled on top)
