Here is one of my other air freshener containers. (Sorry it's blurry, my camera battery was on it's last leg!) I like to upcycle/reuse containers, and these KFC ones are very handy. I just used a blade to cut four small triangles in the lid, added about 15 drops of lavender essential oil to the baking soda, and that was it. I have this one in my bedroom, and I love walking into the room and smelling it! The scent fills our room, but it doesn't overpower. If I did put too much essential oil in, I'd just add more baking soda to lessen the scent. And obviously if it's not strong enough, just add a few more drops. And don't forget to shake it up every few days!
