This cupcake is pretty self self explanatory. I used white frosting and cupcake mix. Once frosted, I dipped the cupcake gently in green sugar crystals. (You might even want to dye some frosting green to get a full green look.) Split an Orea and place it on top of the cupcake. Take a zip-lock back and fill it with yellow dyed frosting. On one of the bottom corners, cut a little slit upward. (If you're not good at piping, use the extra piece of Oreo and practice before you pipe on the Oreo on the cupcake.) After you're done piping your petals, get a red M&M and take your toothpick and dip it in chocolate frosting so that you can draw a line for the lady bug and the dots.
