scruffy old jeans = fashionable summer shorts

About

This is a realy simple and cheap project to do!
I bought the jeans from a charity shop for £1, and I already had the studs. In total it took me about 20 minutes.
Next time I plan on dyeing the shorts a bright colour.

You Will Need (3 things)

  • Fabric Scissors
  • An Old Pair Of Jeans
  • Studs

Steps (5 steps, 20 minutes)

  1. 1

Take one pair of old jeans. I chose a pair of vintage Levis.
Fold them over so that the legs are togther.

  2. 2

Mark where you want you shorts to come to. If you want turns ups, then add another 4 inches.
Carefully cut through both legs where you've marked.

  3. 3

Your shorts should now look like this.
Turn the bottoms over twice and iron in place.

  4. 4

Finnaly, add any studs for decoration.
I used vintage studs, so I used a pair of pliers to make sure the points were all straight first.

  5. 5

Finnished! Rock your shorts in style this summer.
