This cheesecake is light and fluffy. Always adding enough berries and fresh fruit to create a boost of flavor.

You Will Need (11 things)

  • 150 g Crushed Cookies
  • 50 g Melted Butter
  • 500 g Cream Cheese
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 160 ml Whole Milk
  • 150 g Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 200 ml Whipping Cream
  • Berries

Steps (5 steps, 80 minutes)

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (375F) & grease a round baking pan.

    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just a little. Add milk, sour cream, vanilla and flour. Mix until well combined. Pour everything into a baking pan.

    Bake in preheated oven for about 60min or until golden brown. Afterwards, let the cake cool down. In the meantime whip the cream.

    Decorate. Cover the cake with whipped cream. Add decorations as desired.
