I've always loved cute and quirky key covers, so I thought I would make a set of my own!

You Will Need (4 things)
- 2 Different colours sugru
- 2 Keys
- 1 Straight Pin
- 1 Exacto Knife
Steps (8 steps, 20 minutes)
-
1
Gather all your items together. Once you open the sugru packet, you only have 30min to sculpt it, so make sure you have an idea in your head before you start.
-
2
Cover the top part of your key with sugru.
-
3
Poke through the hole on your key. You can use a straight pin, exacto knife, or anything else sharp.
-
4
Add little cat ears to the top of the key. I did this by forming little triangles, and then smoothing them in to the surface at the top of the key.
-
5
Make a little heart (or whatever shape you desire) out of the other colour and place it in the middle of the key. Make sure to press down a bit so that the sugru bonds, but not too hard that it ruins the shape of the heart.
-
6
Take a pin or knife and carve little whiskers next to the heart.
-
7
Let sit for 24hours. It will harden into a rubber. Be careful what you set it on, sugru bonds to most surfaces. I set my keys on the sugru packets, then peeled them off when it was dry.

Add to your keyring and enjoy all the cuteness!
