I got this small toiletree suitcase from the thrift store for about $8. I taped off the metal parts and used spray paint to do a brighter blue. After 2 base coats of that, I used flourescent green and metallic silver to give it the pop art dots. To do the dots, I used one of those cheap (about $1) plastic nettings you use for yarn needlepoint. They have long rectangle ones and also circle ones, so get whatever you like! It takes a while just because of waiting in between coats.
