Stuffed Portobella Mushrooms

I love mushrooms, and to stuff them Is even better. This recipe makes two stuffed mushrooms which is perfect for a side dish for dinner or a lunchtime meal

You Will Need (9 things)
- 45 g Diced Brie Cheese
- 2 tsp Parsley Finely chopped
- 5 Freshly chopped Basil Leaves
- 2 Slices Bread Made into fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill
- 1 Garlic Cloves Finely chopped
- 2 Medium Portabella Mushroom
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Almond Meal
Steps (3 steps, 30 minutes)

Preheat oven to 160•c
Place herbs, butter, almond meal, garlic, Brie and bread crumbs into a bowl, remove stalks from mushroom, dice and add to the same bowl if breadcrumb mixture, mix together really well

Line a oven tray with baking paper, place mushroom on baking paper and stuff with your breadcrumb mixture. Pressing down so it all stays neat on top of the mushroom

Place mushrooms into oven and bake for approx 15 minutes or until mushroom is soft and juices are running onto the paper. Remove from oven and serve
OPTIONAL: you can sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven for a couple minutes or until melted
