Simple, yet effective. Nail art using striping tape can take your nail art to the next level. Here I have used random tape placement to create different patterns on each nail using different colours. Super simple, no real skill required... just a bit of patience.
Simple, yet effective. Nail art using striping tape can take your nail art to the next level. Here I have used random tape placement to create different patterns on each nail using different colours. Super simple, no real skill required... just a bit of patience.
Start off by applying two coats of a white nail polish for your base/undercoat.
Using striping tape (which can be purchased for next to nothing off eBay) create patterns on your nail where you want white lines to be. TIP: Ensure that your base coat is completely dry! If it is even the slightest bit wet, the tape will rip the polish off.
Paint your chosen nail polish colour(s) over the top f the stoping tape and peel the tape off straight away while the colour polish is still wet. Finally apply a top coat to seal in the design, and thats it you are done!
