What do you make when you get acrylic fingernails and need a stress habit???
Make a Stress Cupcake!
Here is my tutorial for making something that if it doesn't already exist, should have already.
The website for the template I used is is: http://www.themuckymacbook.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Keep in mind to make the pattern big enough to have room to sew up the side seams...
P.S. This is my first Tutorial, so if you don't get it I'm sorry.

You Will Need (2 things)
- 1 x Sewing Thread
- 1 x Toy Stuffing
Steps (8 steps, 30 minutes)
-
1
First you get the desired Cupcake Template.
-
2
Then you get your Materials: The Material, the Sewing needle, the stuffing and some matching thread.
-
3
Then you cut out desired template then trace two copies of the template onto o the material. If you have some, use the special chalk like stuff for sewing, but if you don't have any of that you could try pen (but try to remember to outline on the lighter inside and not the darker outer side.)
-
4
Then cut two copies of both the top (frosting) template and the bottom (patty pan/cupcake wrapper) template making sure to keep them as even and even edged as possible.
-
5
When finished cutting, make sure the lighter side is facing up with the curvy crescent shape angling down towards the base of the cupcake top.
-
6
Then you sew along the length of the crescent and rounded shaped edges.
Then repeat for the other copy of both templates.
-
7
Making sure your two sewed together halves of your cupcake have the lighter inside facing out, sew around the edge until you have almost sewed the entire outside but leave a gap large enough to put in stuffing. Turn it inside out so that the darker outside is out and put in as much stuffing as it takes to fill it.
Remember: Leave enough space to be able to sew the rest of the hole up.
-
8
Finish sewing the the hole closed from the outside.
TA-DA!!!
You have now made a Cupcake!
(mine ended up looking like a Strawberry so I'll just go with that...)
