I don't have much else to say about this, except that it was good enough to write about on my blog. Bananas go into just about all of my smoothies and I like to try new ideas sometimes. This one is pretty basic and you can substitute the milk for almond milk. I have included a buying guide, so that you know what you're spending, should you decide to make this. Walmart Great Value Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt, 32 oz - $3.78 Trader Joe’s organic strawberries (frozen) - $2.79 Sam’s club Bananas (3 lb.) - $1.48 Great Value Lactose And Fat Free Milk, ½ gallon - $2.98 1 tbsp. Trader Joe’s Organic Chia Seed 12 ounce bag - $4.99 Skinnygirl by BELLA Personal Extraction Blender Set (Black) - Amazon $35+ (Mine was purchased on Groupon. I did not include this item when considering the overall cost of this recipe, since I already had it.)
