About
If you haven't tried a spinach and strawberry salad before, the idea might sound a little strange (especially as it uses ingredients like onion and worcestershire!). But give this a whirl - the sweet strawberries and punchy balsamic dressing contrast beautifully with the blank, slightly bitter leaves and toasted nuts and seeds to give you a delicious, super-healthy salad in a flash! Makes a great side to quiches, tarts, steaks and BBQ dishes such as grilled halloumi skewers or monkfish kebabs.

Make a dressing with the other ingredients, whisk well until all the ingredients are incorporated. (Depending on the balsamic you're using and ripeness of your strawberries, you might want to adjust the sugar slightly up or down). Toss this dressing well throughout the salad, making sure all the leaves are well coated. Serve!
