Making stich markers is easy and quick. I made 25 of these in two short evenings! Just choose your beads, thread on wire, bend around knitting needle (larger than those you'll use for the actual knitting), curl around itself to secure loop and beads. Easy peasy. There are lots of tutorials out there if you need more details. I made two kinds of markers for a spesific knitting project: Blue ones to mark the change from one chart to another, and smaller white ones to mark spesific points within each chart. The last picture shows the started piece with stitch markers attatched.
