This is a dramatic steampunk style collar, quite easy to make.

You will need

Black Lace , Black Satin Ribbon, 0.5 X 0.5 Inch. Craft Tile, Diamond Glaze, Mod Podge, Powder Glitter, Image 2 Glass Beads key and padlock Charms 6 in Fine Bronze Chains 5 in heavy black Lace
