This is an easy to make bib necklace made from cardboard, paper and self-sticking foil-like isolation tape. I bought it at my local euro-store but I'm sure they also sell it at do-it-self shops.

Cut two moon-shapes using the bowls/cups/plates to measure. You can make them as small or big as you like. The big one is approximately from thumb to pinkie.
To make the shapes stronger but not too thick, glue them on paper with spray glue, and cut it out.
Do it again with the other side of the shape.
Cut small pieces of tape, remove the sticker and wrinkle the tape carefully. cover the shapes with the wrinkled pieces of tape. (Sorry for the dirty hands, I have been painting today)
Decide were you want the little holes so you can attach the two shapes. Make the hole with a needle. Make sure you don't make them to close to the edge. Attach the two shapes using 5 jump rings on both sides. Attach the chains to the corners of the small shape using a jump ring and attach the clasp in the middle of the chain.
It's kind of hard to see, but you can see where I attached the two shapes on 1/4 and 3/4 of the big shape. I think the necklace would look good on a collared shirt or a woolen sweater.
