You will need

gold Spray Paint Ballpoint Pen or pencil or ... glue or a Glue Gun Pliers Iron Wire a large or medium Hair Clip Small Decoration Stars In Different Sizes Spray Varnish gold Glitter

Instructions

1. 

   Gather stars in different sizes and thicknesses.

2. 

   Start wrapping the iron wire around the hair clip. Make curls, get creative! And don't forget to add the stars. You can either choose to glue them or to string them onto the iron wire.

3. 

   A pencil (or anything similar)might be handy to form the spirals and curls.

4. 

   Now you should have something like this. You can either leave it this way (which also looks nice!) or you can spraypaint it in one plain color (gold for example).

5. 

   Let's spraypaint this thingy!! ;) (a hook made of iron wire might be handy!)

6. 

   I also added some same colored glitters while the paint was still drying, and finished it with a thin coat of spray varnish.

7. 

   Voila ;)
