When I was a baby I had a book made totally out of cloth, I think it must of been the best thing about being a baby. So when my cousin had a kid I made a cloth book for the little guy. I basically cannibalized whatever fabric scraps caught my eye and used fabric from a pair of old pants to make the front and back cover. The whole thing is a mish-mosh of hand sewing and embroidery, machine sewing, applique, gluing, drawing and stuffed animal taxidermy. You can see I come from a large family of geeks as I included a TIE Fighter on the 'Outer Space' page. I didn't take a pic of it when it was fully assembled and now it's out-of-state with my cousin. Oh well, thanks for looking!
