A Patchwork Friend

I am definitely a beginner this is the second ever toy that I have made, it was lots of fun to gather up all the pieces of fabric. I decided to make the effort to have a mixture of textures, patterns and colours; initially because I planned to give to a friends young daughter as a gift but once I saw it made I couldn’t give it away. I found the project in Sew Me, Love Me: Best Stuffed Friends to Make by Hsiu-Lan Kuei the instructions were great and super easy to follow with little diagrams at each stage. I love that the arms are hinged, when I make the next one I will put a small bag of pellets into the feet and butt to make it easy to pose her.

You will need

Button(s) for eyes and arm hinges Sewing Machine Button(s) for eyes and arm hinges Stuffing i used a pillow pad filling Scrap Fabric quantity based on how many patches you want your frog to have Stuffing i used a pillow pad filling
