very easy project to do, i used the Lumiere by jaquard paint in metallic silver. The paint goes on thin so it was was easy to roll out. The paint dries in a half hour, and has a nice finish to it.

Find a spongebob stencil and print it out
take the stencil and put freezer paper on top off it and trace over the stencil, when that is finished cut out the areas of the stencil that is needed
warm up your iron to the right settings, put a piece of cardboard in between the tshtirt, take the freezer paper stencil and lay it down on the tshirt.
take the iron and iron the stencil to the shirt, let cool
get a paper plate and your paint and paintbrush.
put the paint on the paper plate and take your brush and dip into the paint and roll over the stencil
when all the stencil is covered with paint , peel off the stencil and set aside your tshirt to dry
enjoy your finished product
