My mother had suggested using Spinach instead of Basil in Pesto, my sister switched it up with Walnuts.

Spinach Garlic Blender Walnuts Olive Oil

My mother had suggested using Spinach instead of Basil in Pesto, my sister switched it up with Walnuts.

Instructions

1. 

   Wash a lot of Spinach!

2. 

   Chop up some walnuts

3. 

   Mince some Garlic (or use a handy dandy garlic press!)

4. 

   Toss the ingredients into a blender or food processor

5. Drizzle in some Olive Oil (I also added just a bit of water) Add some Salt and Pepper to taste

6. 

   Blend away! Until it reaches a nice pureed consistency!

7. Mix it with some Pasta, or use it as spread on a burger, or anything else you can think to put it on...
