The saltiness of the bacon plus the stinky-ness of the blue cheese plus the sweetness of the grapes makes for a salad that's yum!

You will need

4 cup Spinach Lettuce , chopped 1 cup Red seedless Grapes , halved 4 oz Blue Cheese , crumbled 4 Slices Bacon 2 Eggs 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 2 tsp White balsamic Vinegar Salt and Pepper , to taste
For the warm bacon dressing:
¼ cup Olive Oil Honey

Instructions

1. Hard boil eggs. Peel. Set in fridge to chill.

2. Between two salad bowls, divide spinach, grapes and blue cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon. Remove slices from heat, chop and add to salads. Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings; whisk into dressing.

4. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and add to salad. Drizzle with dressing, serve immediately.
