6 Spikes (from the Internet or other jewellery) silver Chain Jump Ring(s) fabric String (from t-shirts)

   Attach the spikes with jump rings to the necklace.

3. Take a fabric string (or leather, but t-shirt fabric is more elastic) and knot them on each end of the chain.
