• 

  Step 1

  Wash and peel the potatoes.

  Step 2

  Cut the potatoes into thick pieces as shown in the picture.

  Step 3

  Take a bowl to mix the potatoes with spice and flour. First mix the potatoes with all spices and then the rice flour. After mixing all the ingredients keep it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

  Step 4

  Take a medium pan and heat oil over medium heat. Take the spiced potatoes out of refrigerator and carefully add them to the pan. Stir while frying, it'l take around 10-15 minutes for the potatoes to turn a bit brownish. When it turns a bit brownish they're ready. Use a slotted spoon to take the fries out of the oil and serve them as you want!
