This is a really decadent hot drink for those special moments when life under canvas needs spicing up and for when you need a sugar hit. This is the perfect drink for chocaholics. Serves 6 Prep./cooking time: 10 mins

You will need

2 x 4-oz/110g bars dark or Milk Chocolate 4 cup Water 300 ml Condensed Milk 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Boil the water in a pan and add the chocolate and milk. Stir over a medium heat until all the chocolate has melted. Add the cayenne. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
