This recipie is all over the internet I used moraccan spices but you can used what ever spices you like or a guess you could leave it plain. YOU WILL NEED Chicken Drummers or Chicken Breasts Tub Chicken Bovril Paste , im not sure or an alternitive but im sure there is. 1 x Egg Clove of Garlic crushed (optional) Teaspoons of Ground Black Pepper (optional) Teaspoons of Mixed Spice (optional) Teaspoon of mild chilli powder (optional) Slices brown bread Teaspoons mixed herbes Add all spices and herbs to taste.

Toast and then grate the bread to make bread crumbs
Place chicken drummers/chicken breasts in a pan fill with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 mins
Add spices and herbs to the crumb mixture.
pour the bovril in to a dish add and egg and mix
cover the chicken in the egg and bovril mix and then roll in the crumb mix
Place the chicken in the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have started to go brown and crisp
