Spicy Chili Pepper Noodles
Spicy red chili noodle salad with panner cheese, peppers and spring onions

These noodles combine Trotter's Hot Pepper Jelly with bell peppers, red chilis, spring onions and paneer cheese for a tasty spicy dish.

You Will Need (9 things)
- 1 Red Pepper
- As many Red Chili s as you can handle
- 2 Spring Onion
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 200 g Paneer
- 4 nests of Egg Noodles
- 1 Lime
- 4 tbsp Trotter's Hot Pepper Jelly
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Steps (5 steps, 10 minutes)

Boil the noodles and chop the red onion, chilis and spring onions. Fry the vegetables with a little olive oil until soft and sprinkle with paprika.

Cut the panner into strips and toss in with the vegetables for a few minutes.

Drain the cooked egg noodles, place in a pan and squeeze on the juice from a lime. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Add the tomato paste and red pepper jelly and stir to combine.

Toss in the vegetables and serve!
