These are easy to make.
You can make them up in advance & cook when needed.
They are great for picnics or just as an afternoon snacks.

You Will Need (13 things)

Pastry
- 6 1/2 oz Plain Flour
- 2 1/4 oz Semolina
- 4 oz Butter Cold
- 1-2 Eggs
- Pinch Salt

Filling
- Mince
- Onion
- Garlic
- Red & green Chillies
- Tomato Puree
- Beef Stock
Steps (13 steps, 80 minutes)

Place the flour, semolina, salt & butter into a bowl.

Rub the butter into the other ingredients until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Add one egg, mix together.
If you need another egg then add it to form a dough.

Wrap dough in cling film & refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

Filling...
Chop all the vegetables very small.

Add the mince & veg to a pot & cook through.

Add tomatoe purée & cook for a minute.

Add some tex mex spice & beef stock.
Bring to the boil & cook out all the liquid.
Allow to cool completely.

Roll out the pastry.
Cut into circles.

Half fill the pastry with filling.

Wet the edge of the pastry & fold & seal the edge.
Place in the fridge for 20 mins.

Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 200/400 degrees for 20 mins.
