I think these glasses look very Amy Lame style. She wears the 50s Glasses Necklace from Tatty Devine so I decided to have a shot at making a similiar one for my mum who is a librarian, which I thought was rather fitting. You can see my mum wearing them in the photo.

First of all you will need a template. You can draw your own or use mine by printing out the template up top. Cut out the templates.
Draw around the glasses template on to the wrong side of black shrink plastic and draw around the lens templates on to clear shrink plastic.
Cut the shrink plastic glasses and lenses out using a pair of scissors.
Punch two holes in either side of the glasses using a hole punch.
Shrink the plastic down in an oven until it's nice and small.
Carefully place a small amount of strong clear adhesive glue along the top rim on the wrong side of the glasses and place on top of one of the lenses. Hold tight until the glue sticks.
Repeat with the other lens and you're glasses are nearly finished.
Now it's time to embellish the glasses. Take a pair of tweezers and some crystal rhinestones.
Pick up the crystals with the tweezers, place a little bit of glue on the back and then place on to the glasses.
Attach jump rings through the holes at either side of the glasses, slip on to chain and wear with pride!
