You Will Need (8 things)
- 3 eggs Large
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
Steps (5 steps, 60 minutes)

Caramel...
Pour 1/2 cup sugar into a pan with water & lemon juice.
Heat on medium until sugar melts & caramel is amber coloured.
Do Not Stir.

Pour caramel into dishes.

Flan...
Heat oven 160 degrees.
Combine eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla & salt.
Whisk until well combined.

Mix in the milk.
Pour over the caramel.
Bake in a ban Marie for 45-55 mins.

Refrigerate for At least 4 hrs but best over night.
Turn onto a plate.
Serve.
