I love cooking for my family when they come over, so I've been using the opportunity to cook my way through the alphabet of pasta. It's perfect to serve up in a big pot with a plate of garlic bread so everyone to help themselves.
I love cooking for my family when they come over, so I've been using the opportunity to cook my way through the alphabet of pasta. It's perfect to serve up in a big pot with a plate of garlic bread so everyone to help themselves.
Bring a pan of hot water to the boil and cook the spaghetti. Fry the Quorn bacon lardons with a little olive oil until cooked.
Beat together the eggs with some dried herbs and salt and pepper.
Mix in the parmesan, pecorino, sundried tomatoes and walnuts.
Stir the hot bacon lardons into the sauce.
Strain the spaghetti, saving a cup of pasta water and place in a large pot.
Add the sauce to the pasta along with a little of the hot pasta water and mix to combine. Drizzle with olive oil and season again with salt, pepper and herbs.
Serve with garlic bread and some freshly grated parmesan on top.
