Delicious soft & sweet cookies. You can add a glaze icing over the top if you wish but they don't really need it.

You will need

1 cup Butter 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup Honey 1 tsp Vanilla 3 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda

Instructions

1. 

   Heat 175 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together

2. 

   Mix in eggs, vanilla & honey.

3. 

   Stir flour & bicarb.

4. 

   Place scoops of mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins.

5. 

   Serve.
